Center for Transformative Justice: We have an active, intentional, and ongoing commitment to bridge differences with understanding and respect so all can thrive. Pride Center: The mission of the Pride Center is to foster a safe environment for all LGBTQ+ students, faculty, and staff, educate the campus and community on issues, and advocate for student success and inclusivity.

Student Support Services: Established in 198, UWL's SSS program has been serving first-generation college students, students from income-eligible households, and students with disabilities for over 40 years, providing access to quality advising, tutoring, professional skill development, financial assistance, and much more. The mission of Student Support Services is to serve eligible college students and foster an institutional climate support of their success. Our services are designed to enhance academic skills, increase retention, increase graduation rates, and facilitate entrance into graduate and professional programs. Our vision aspires to foster an environment of community and belonging for our students and staff, a place that provides opportunity for mutual learning through authentic relationships, modeled empathy, and open communication.

Student Association Women of Color ScholarshipThe Women of Color Scholarship was created in the 2017-2018 academic year. It is one of the first student-led campaigns in the history of our campus. It was created by UWL’s Student Association to increase retention rates of women of color on our campus who are disadvantaged both by their race and gender. This scholarship helps to support the women of color on our campus by providing a scholarship to aid with the hefty costs of higher education. Our ultimate goal is to have the scholarship become an endowment. An endowment would ensure that we can continue to show support for the women of color on our campus for many years. Please help support us in our mission to make the Women of Color Scholarship an endowed fund! Sincerely, Student Association.
